I have been selling commercial property for 7 years in the Ventura County area serving Simi Valley, Conejo Valley and the San Fernando Valley area.

My first transaction was for a medical building in Newbury Park to Heart Center Cardiology.  From there I started selling vacant land and office and medical buildings.   I also serve industrial leasing for all basic needs such as storage, manufacturing and various businesses.

I keep up my skills by continuing education taking seminars, classes etc.  I belong to various commercial groups such as SRAR Commercial group.   I am member of Loop Net and Co Star a commercial base website for commercial agents along with two MLS boards CMAR Conejo Moorpark Association Realtors and SRAR Southland Realtor Associates.
